Focus #1: Giftedness/Differentiation

My focus description:

This year I would like to liaise more closely with teachers so that:

  • existing online resources are more relevant and support differentiation
  • I can create new online resources to target students’ and teachers’ different needs
  • I can collaborate with teachers to create online resources, programs and teaching approaches which address giftedness/differentiation

Rationale: I aim to liaise with teachers more so that my support material is targeted and relevant, and to continue that conversation to receive feedback to inform my work and also to keep promoting so they remember to look/use it.

  • to communicate with teachers and SLCs to inform my online resourcing and so cater for differentiated student needs
  • constant improvement of relevance of online materials
  • constant promotion of updated resources
